Confederate Classics Street Rod Association, Incorporated promotes interest in various forms of street rodding activity.  Members of the Club are committed to encouraging a better understanding of street rodding as a constructive sport among members of the public and law enforcement agencies as well as to promote safety in driving, automobile maintenance and overall vehicle operation.  Each member owns a 1972 or older custom automobile / truck or is in the process of building one.  The Club is based in Spartanburg, South Carolina and meets at 7:00 p.m. the second Thursday of each month.  The Club hosts the Sparkle City Rod Run. This three day event is held during the last full weekend in September each year.  The Sparkle City Rod Run celebrated its 25th annual show in 2007.  Confederate Classics Street Rod Association is pleased to partner with the Inman Downtown Merchant’s Association to host Inman Ignites Car Show the first Saturday in June of each year.  In addition to hosting these shows, our members participate in various shows and cruise-ins locally and nationally.
